1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 30jilli ("30jilli," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 30jilli online gaming platform available at https://30jilli.app and any related mobile applications, services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, participating in any game, claiming any bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the 30jilli Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 30jilli Platform and contact us to close your account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use a 30jilli account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and enforced through KYC identity verification. 30jilli complies strictly with the minimum age requirements prescribed by Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold 30jilli player accounts.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 30jilli is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 30jilli or any of its affiliates, game providers, or payment processors, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from 30jilli or any PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform through a self-exclusion order or regulatory directive.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

30jilli reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be verified will be suspended pending review.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

3.1 Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 30jilli Platform. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 30jilli account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 30jilli immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. 30jilli will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security measures.

3.3 KYC Identity Verification

30jilli is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (UMID, Passport, Driver's License, Voter's ID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Postal ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government document) dated within the last 90 days;
• Additional documentation as may be required for enhanced due diligence, including source of funds declarations for high-volume accounts.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request will result in withdrawal restrictions and may lead to account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

30jilli accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and cryptocurrency methods including USDT TRC20 and ERC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. 30jilli does not charge transaction fees on the platform side; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 30jilli will reject and return deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from payment methods not registered to you may be subject to investigation and potential account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that (a) are registered in your verified name, and (b) have been used to make at least one prior deposit on your account, except where 30jilli expressly approves an alternative in writing. 30jilli does not process withdrawals via cash, cheque, or money order.

30jilli aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes for KYC-verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are typically processed within sixty (60) minutes. These timeframes are indicative and may vary during high-demand periods or due to circumstances outside 30jilli's control.

30jilli reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected.

4.3 Currency

The official currency of the 30jilli Platform is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies (including USDT) will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. 30jilli is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

30jilli may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to their specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the respective promotion. In addition, the following general bonus terms apply:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Players must read and understand these requirements before claiming any bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the player's account without notice.
• One Bonus Per Player: Players may not claim the same promotion more than once unless expressly stated. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses constitute bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• 30jilli's Discretion: 30jilli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. 30jilli also reserves the right to withhold bonus payments from accounts suspected of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Specific promotions may impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus play. These caps, where applicable, will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the 30jilli Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios whose software undergoes independent testing and certification for fairness. Random number generation (RNG) for applicable games is tested by certified testing laboratories.

You agree to participate in all games in good faith. In the event of a technical malfunction or communication error during gameplay, the affected round may be voided, and any stakes placed during the affected round will be refunded to your account. 30jilli's decision regarding game disputes is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure described in Section 14.

Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to each game variant. By participating in live dealer games, you acknowledge that the game rules displayed on screen govern each session and that the decisions of trained dealers and the supervisory team at 30jilli's live studio partners are binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 30jilli Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or stolen identity or payment information;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or disputed payment methods to deposit funds;
• Colluding with other players to defraud 30jilli or other players;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any discovered vulnerability must be reported to 30jilli immediately and may not be exploited for personal gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Allowing a third party, including a minor, to access or use your account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication toward 30jilli staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 30jilli Platform, including but not limited to the 30jilli brand name and logo, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, videos, data compilations, and code, is the property of 30jilli or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the 30jilli Platform without 30jilli's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 30jilli's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

30jilli does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 30jilli expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

30jilli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 30jilli has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

30jilli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or fraudulent information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon termination for breach, 30jilli may withhold any pending withdrawals or bonus balances pending investigation. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you following completion of any required investigation, unless legally prohibited from doing so.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 30jilli's support team via live chat. Any pending wagers at the time of voluntary account closure will be settled per the applicable game rules. Remaining real-money balances will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Responsible Gaming

30jilli is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. As part of this commitment, 30jilli provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that can be set and immediately lowered; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic logout after a configurable session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications informing you of time elapsed and net gaming activity during your current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure with no reversal option, effective immediately upon request.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. 30jilli operates in compliance with the relevant statutes administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

13. Amendments to These Terms

30jilli reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 30jilli will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 30jilli Platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
